Adrienne Hermes, LPC, CYT, C-DBT

I work with individuals, couples and families who are searching for meaningful growth in their lives. I recognize that individuals often carry the weight of past trauma, which can impact their functioning and well-being.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I have been providing trauma informed and somatic based therapy for over twenty years. Through my work, I have seen the transformative power of providing a safe space where people can understand and connect with their deepest emotions. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are all capable of healing and growth, and I work with my clients to build the necessary tools and skills to achieve their goals. From addressing trauma and anxiety to improving relationships and communication, my aim is to support my clients holistically in their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.

Through extensive training and years of experience, I am regarded as an expert practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with clients to help them overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, divorce, and personality disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder BPD.
